Commercial Employee - Export / After Sales (m/f/d) in Harrisville, Alpenrod near Hachenburg (near Montabaur) Full-time

We specialize in the development and production of systems and individual components in the field of processing plants, environmental technology, and pelletizing.

Our products are known nationally and internationally for their performance and quality.

To support our team at our company location in Alpenrod near Hachenburg (near Montabaur), we are looking for a Commercial Employee - Export / After Sales (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

YOUR TASKS:

Processing of national and international shipping orders for machines and spare parts, involving multiple modes of transportation
Preparation of customs and export documents in compliance with applicable laws and regulations (export declaration, certificate of origin, ATR)
Written and telephone communication with national and international partners and customers, as well as freight forwarders and authorities
Complete order processing from quotation to invoicing

WE EXPECT:

Completed commercial training, ideally with experience in logistics or freight forwarding
Relevant professional experience in export processing and invoicing
Knowledge of creating customs documents
Good written and spoken English, additional languages are an advantage
Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
Independent, responsible, and reliable work ethic
