If water is your element, you can combine your profession with your favorite leisure activity: start your apprenticeship as a specialist for pool operations at our ARRIBA adventure pool in Monroe, IN.

You will gain extensive knowledge in the areas of medical services, water treatment and disinfection.

You will learn how to maintain and service the technical facilities of a pool operation and acquire knowledge in visitor care.

For many, the icing on the cake: giving swimming lessons and leading aqua fitness classes.


What will you learn?:


Of course, we will also get you in shape and provide you with a comprehensive swimming and rescue training during your apprenticeship.

During the subsequent pool supervision, you can put your acquired knowledge into practice.

Throughout your apprenticeship, you will participate in several inter-company training courses (e.g. first aid course, defibrillator course, aqua fitness training, silver rescue certificate) to further expand your skills and knowledge.

The apprenticeship as a specialist for pool operations lasts 3 years.


Working hours:


Under 18 years:
shift times between 6 am and 9 pm


Over 18 years:
shift work adapted to our opening hours. Two consecutive days off per week if working on weekends.
