    Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, including scheduling and workflow management.
    Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet production goals.
    Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
    Train new employees and provide ongoing training to existing staff on production procedures and safety standards.
    Apply Lean manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
    Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
    Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations and timely delivery of products.
    Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
    Maintain accurate production records and reports.
    Perform other duties assigned by management.


    RequirementsQualifications:
    Strong leadership and team management skills.
    Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    Proficiency in using production management software and other relevant tools.
    High attention to detail and commitment to quality.


    Education:
    High school diploma or equivalent required.
    Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred.


    Work Environment:
    The role requires working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to glass products and machinery.
    Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for extended periods.
