To support this, we have established a new center of excellence dedicated to defining and implementing our decarbonization strategy and addressing the associated technological challenges.

Through our innovative services, we enable AIDA Cruises and Costa Crociere vessels to meet the current and future demands of the cruise industry.

We are currently seeking a Technical Project Supervisor (M/F/d) with a passion for travel to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising large technical retrofit projects on board our cruise fleets for AIDA and Costa.

This includes overseeing modifications and optimizations of ship's supply systems such as HVAC-R, steam, fuel, and lighting systems, as well as the installation of new power supply systems and upgrades to environmental systems.

You will also be responsible for communicating with ship and shore management, providing formal reports, and coordinating with external partners and contractors to ensure safe and efficient project execution in compliance with regulations and company standards.

Additionally, you will play a key role in promoting a culture of safety and environmental protection and fostering a positive and collaborative environment between ship and shore, other departments, and the Carnival group.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marine engineering, marine electronics, or a related field.
