Visitor Experience Associate, UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital

United Health Services is seeking a Visitor Experience Associate to join our Security 03 department at UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital in Norwich, NY.

This position is benefits eligible.

Shift

Evening Rotational

Hours per week:

Salary range:
$ $18.85 per hour, depending on experience.

Overview

Greets visitors and patients using a positive, friendly demeanor.

Enters guest, patient, and visitor information into the visitor management system, and assists with the screening of visitors, patients, and staff, when needed.

Assists with directions, or transport needs within the facility.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience

Minimum Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent
One year experience in a customer servicerelated field

License/Certification

Minimum Required:

Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation.
