Key Responsibilities:

Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools; track project milestones and deliverables.
Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare or technology environments.
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and decisionmaking skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for effective leadership.
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
