Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools; track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare or technology environments.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for effective leadership.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • PMP, Prince2, or another recognized certification in project management.
  • Experience in the telehealth industry.
  • Understanding of compliance with healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA.
