We're seeking an ambitious accounting professional to join our fast growing and dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for an organized self-starter who has great attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness. We drive ourselves every day to push the boundaries, improve the processes, and deliver unexpected client service.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the Accounts Payable Inbox using Front:
  • Assign vendor invoices to the appropriate AP Biller.
  • Conduct thorough research and promptly respond to vendor inquiries.
  • Track vendor inquiries and escalations.
  • Maintain and track vendor registration and banking updates, ensuring accurate and uptodate vendor records.
  • Process client credit card payments.
  • Process buyback requests, creating AP bills or AR credits upon request.
  • Address adjustment requests added to the AR list.
  • Process client refund requests.
  • Review and distribute invoices received via mail, mail AP checks.
  • Collaborate on projects as requested by the Accounting Operations Manager or Controller.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or other related field preferred.
  • Accounts Payable experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in basic to intermediate Excel functions.
  • Experience with Acumatica or other Windowsbased ERP.
