:

- further developing the management system for occupational safety and providing advice and support as a specialist (m/f/d) for occupational safety at badenovaWÄRME_PLUS_ on the topics of occupational safety and health protection as well as accident prevention
- setting up the responsibility for monitoring and compliance with legal, operational and other regulations in occupational health and safety in a systemic and procedural manner and providing coordination and advisory support for inquiries
- instructing responsible parties to regularly inspect our projects, operating facilities, and workplaces together and to solve any deviations found in a practical manner
- demonstrating approaches for developing risk assessments and creating and conducting training on occupational safety


You are
:

- equipped with a completed technical degree or a comparable education in a technical field
and possess the additional qualification "specialist (m/f/d) for occupational safety" and have relevant professional experience in this field
- ideally qualified in terms of DIN ISO 45001 and trained as a fire protection officer (m/f/d) or are motivated to obtain this qualification with us
- an open and structured person who systematically and solution-orientedly approaches projects and finds it easy to convince others of your ideas
- accustomed to communicating across teams, enjoy working independently and taking responsibility, and have a strong sense of quality
