Pollo Inferno is looking for team members that are passionate and dedicated to their work, with strong customer service skills, and who love food.

We are a close knit team of people who like to work hard, and have fun doing it We are all about cross training and making sure that our employees get to learn as much as possible.


As a member of our Food Truck Team, you will have a variety of tasks, including:

  • Taking customer orders
  • Operating our cash register/using our POS system
  • Food preparation at the commercial kitchen
  • Talking to and serving our customers
  • Anticipating customer needs

REQUIREMENTS:


  • 1+ years experience in the food/customer service industry preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Cash handling/POS system experience
  • Positive, enthusiastic and passionate
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Food handlers certificate (a plus)
  • Willing to undergo a background check
We are a roaming Grill House offering Wood Cooked Rotisserie Chicken, Steak and Shrimp in variety of different ways. You may spot us around greater Sacramento area at Wineries, Breweries, Weddings, Corporate, School, or Sporting events.
