Treatment Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team. As an Treatment Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients.   • Pay Range: $ $39.00 per hour

Responsibilities:


  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
  • Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories of patients accurately.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Assist physicians and registered nurses during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
  • Perform routine procedures such as wound dressing changes, catheterizations, and tracheostomy care.
  • Monitor and document patients' progress, reactions to medications, and overall conditions.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication regimens, and posttreatment care.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a high standard of hygiene.

Qualifications:


  • Valid and active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of California.
  • Completion of an accredited vocational nursing program.
  • New graduates are highly welcome
  • Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Proficient in administering medications, injections, and various treatments.
  • Excellent observational, assessment, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patientcentered care.
