In our offices in Shelbyville, 200 colleagues handle communication via phone, chat, or email with our clients' customers.

In our friendly and helpful team, you will take on the following tasks:
You advise customers on all questions related to online banking, payment options, and security. Every customer receives reliable information about their account transactions. You provide customers with assistance with their concerns and show them possible solutions. Your activities are carefully recorded in the database and transmitted to the bank.

Your skills:
