RESPONSIBILITIES:

Fundraising Strategy:

A real estate industry fundraiser with an impressive and easily verifiable track record of fundraising on behalf of comingled funds, separate accounts, and oneoff investments.
Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure capital for property acquisitions.
Identify and cultivate relationships with HNW individuals, institutional investors, private equity firms, family offices, and other potential funding sources.

Financial Modeling and Analysis:

Collaborate with the Acquisitions team to create comprehensive financial models for property investment opportunities.
Conduct thorough due diligence to assess risk and return profiles of potential acquisitions.

Investor Communication:

Prepare compelling investment presentations and pitch materials for potential investors.
Effectively communicate the company's investment thesis and strategy to existing and prospective investors.

Market Research:

Stay abreast of market trends, economic indicators, and competitive landscape to inform fundraising strategies and investment decisions.
Provide market insights to the Acquisitions team to support their decisionmaking process.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders on fundraising progress and financial performance.

Relationship Management:

Possesses extensive relationships with HNW/UHNW individual investors, family offices and private wealth organizations.
Nurture and maintain strong relationships with current investors, fostering a sense of trust and confidence in the company's ability to deliver returns.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, CFA) preferred.
Proven experience in capital markets fundraising within the real estate or property management sector.
Capable of making the entire fundraising, investor relations and marketing communications function their own and state of the art.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Established network within the investment community.
Indepth knowledge of multifamily real estate markets and investment strategies.
