For our two factories in Bielefeld, we are looking for a dedicated individual as

Plant Manager / Production Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Responsibility for the company areas of work preparation, production, and logistics of the two factories in Bielefeld with approximately 150 employees
Organization and management of a smooth production process with maximum efficiency based on production goals and key figures
Participation in the further development of the company strategy and creation of the operational budget planning (personnel costs, investments, etc.)
Appreciative leadership and development of employees

Your profile:

Completed (technical) degree or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in a manufacturing company in a similar position
Solid technology, process, and industry knowledge in the field of metal processing, as well as comprehensive knowledge in planning, controlling, and improving production processes
Cooperative leadership personality with a strong holistic focus on goals, results, and solutions
Confidence and strong communication skills
Expertise in the application of Lean Management methods and Six Sigma
Solid knowledge of quality management systems according to IATF, as well as experience in occupational safety and environmental management systems
