    Description

    Are you ready to make your mark as a punch press operator / machine operator in the heart of Minneapolis? Twin City Staffing is currently seeking individuals for positions on the 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, and Weekend Shift.

    *Location*: Minneapolis, MN

    *Pay*: $20 - $23/hr. for little to no experience, up to $32/hr. for experience

    *Hours*: * 1st Shift: 6 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Thursday

    • 2nd Shift: 4 pm - 2:30 am, Monday - Thursday
    Weekend Shift: 6 am - 6:30 pm, Friday - Sunday

    *Duties punch press operator / machine operator:
    • Operate punch press machines and assembly equipment to create parts and products
    • Measure and visually inspect products for surface and dimension defects
    • Read work orders, instructions, and blueprints
    • Perform tasks such as deburring, grinding, sanding, filing, and polishing metal parts/products
    • Maintain documentation accurately
    *Requirements punch press operator / machine operator:
    • Experience in manufacturing
    • Ability to read Micrometers and Calipers
    • Proficiency in setting up and operating Mechanical and Hydraulic Punch Presses
    • Competency in changing dies
    • Familiarity with the use of hand and power tools
    • Capability to stand for extended periods of time
