Are you passionate about computers and everything related to them? Do you use your computer not just for games, but also have an interest in understanding how programs are created and how computer systems work?


Then start an apprenticeship as a specialist in computer science with a focus on application development or system integration at SAP.

We offer you an ideal combination of theory and practice.

During the apprenticeship, you will learn programming languages such as JAVA or ABAP and use them in your practical phases to write your own programs.

You will also get to know our system infrastructure and work with our employees to ensure its availability.

In vocational school, you will take courses such as German, business studies, software development, IT systems, and many more. Your areas of deployment are as diverse as SAP itself. For example, you can find your ideal workplace in software development, service and support, consulting, or numerous other areas.

At our Walldorf location, we offer the specialization in application development. In this field, you will develop and program custom software, test existing applications, and make adjustments as needed.


What we expect from you:

  • Good to very good completion of middle school or a higher level of education
  • Strengths in technical and scientific subjects, as well as English
  • Interest in business processes
  • Initiative and willingness to learn new things
  • Extracurricular engagement is desirable.
