Your Responsibilities

  • Independently and results-oriented manage the food and non-food departments and support your employees in all tasks
  • Lead, promote, and motivate your team
  • Ensure optimal flow of goods and availability of products
  • Create staff schedules and ensure smooth workflow
  • Monitor key performance indicators (e.g. sales, inventory) and implement measures for long-term success of the department
