Your Responsibilities
- Independently and results-oriented manage the food and non-food departments and support your employees in all tasks
- Lead, promote, and motivate your team
- Ensure optimal flow of goods and availability of products
- Create staff schedules and ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor key performance indicators (e.g. sales, inventory) and implement measures for long-term success of the department

Your Profile
- Successfully completed vocational training and desirable first leadership experience
- Thorough product knowledge, experience in retail, and in the food and non-food sectors required
- Willingness to work flexible hours within the store's opening hours
