    Receptionist, Part-Time - Surgical Center of Connecticut

    Responsibilities
    • Greet and assist patients and visitors at the facility
    • Handle incoming calls and inquiries
    • Register patients and ensure accurate information
    • Collaborate with other departments
    • Manage mail and process payments
    • Handle daily deposits and maintain a clean lobby
    • Verify visitor and vendor information
    • Prepare patient charts

    Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Proficiency in English; Bilingual skills are a plus
    • Minimum of two years of medical clerical experience
    • Basic understanding of Medical Terminology
    • Computer literacy and familiarity with medical software
    • Excellent communication skills
