For our client, an international company based in Munich, we are currently looking for a full-time Recruiter (m/f/d) to join their team in Leitersburg, MD.


Your main responsibilities will include:


  • Maintaining close communication with management and various departments
  • Defining job requirements and coordinating the recruiting process accordingly
  • Developing efficient recruiting strategies, measures, and channels and managing the respective processes
  • Utilizing social media tools for direct candidate outreach
  • Creating job postings, systematically selecting candidates, and building a candidate pool are part of your daily tasks
  • Conducting candidate interviews and ensuring a smooth application process
  • Guiding candidates through the contract signing and onboarding process
  • Planning and organizing recruiting events, as well as employee training and development, are also part of your responsibilities
  • Managing the candidate pool administratively and diligently

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in a businessrelated field
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruiting
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and a handson mentality
  • A solutionoriented and serviceoriented approach completes your profile
