For our regional office in North-West, we are looking for a Team Leader Health Insurance (m/f/d) with a focus on General Benefits in Münster, starting as soon as possible, full-time and permanent.

What to expect You will lead the General Benefits team and pay special attention to coordinating and ensuring the completion of tasks.

In doing so, you promote a positive working atmosphere and keep an eye on the individual development of your employees.

You manage and optimize workflows within the team and train your employees in organizational changes.

You are the expert contact person for your team in the daily operational business and coordinate and align medical case consultations through the Medical Service.

You contribute to the planning and monitoring of the budget. You also develop and monitor review criteria as part of targeted case and care management.

What you bring Ideally, you have completed training as a social insurance specialist (m/f/d) with a completed advanced training program in health insurance or a comparable education.

Professional experience in a health insurance company and initial leadership experience are advantageous. You have excellent knowledge of the benefits and administrative procedures of statutory health insurance.
