    Richmond VA


    Requirements:


    Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and consulting, with a focus on leading and delivering full lifecycle projects.

    Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, tools, and technologies, including Core HR, Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll.

    Strong understanding of HR business processes, practices, and regulations, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

    Hands-on experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF), BI Publisher, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and other Oracle development tools and technologies.

    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders at all levels.

    Oracle HCM Cloud certifications such as Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Specialist or Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant are a plus.


    Responsibilities:

    Project Leadership:


    Lead Oracle HCM implementation projects from initiation to completion, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.


    Client Engagement:


    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs, and translating them into technical requirements and solution designs.

    Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, collaboration, and customer service.

    Solution Design and Configuration:


    Work closely with clients to design and configure Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll, to meet their unique requirements and business processes.


    Customization and Integration:


    Develop and implement customizations, extensions, and integrations to enhance the functionality and interoperability of Oracle HCM solutions, leveraging tools such as Oracle Application Framework (OAF), BI Publisher, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
