    Psychology AssistantUS-NY-BronxJob ID: Type: Clinical/Medical Services# of Openings: 1Category: 1199 UnionAlbert Einstein College of MedicineOverviewThe Psychology Assistant will assist faculty on the ISAVRAD study in administering neuropsychological tests, collecting data, conducting preliminary statistical analyses.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform neuropsychological testing.
    • Conduct interviews, data collection, and tabulation.
    • Perform library research.
    • Manage databases using RedCAp, Excel and Filemaker.
    • Organize grant information for IRB.
    • Carry out report writing.
    • Perform other related duties as assignedQualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree is required
    • Major in Psychology or Neuroscience is preferred
    • Experience of working in a Neuroscience or Neuropsychology Laboratory preferred
    • Experience with software programs such as excel, SSPS, and matlab preferred
    • Experience working with older individuals preferredSkills and Comptencies
    • Excellent organizational, oral, written and analytical communications skills; strong database management and clear understanding of clinical and research databases
    • Strong project management skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows and Mac operating systems

    Hiring Rate:
    $26.88

    Post Probationary Rate:
    $27.42
