Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Associate, Senior Project Manager (MEP), for our Indianapolis office.The ideal person will be able to lead and manage multi-discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) projects along with having excellent interpersonal skills, be self-motivated and organized.
With a proven track record of success effectively managing scope, schedule and budget for multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional client service, this individual will have a critical role in the overall success within the area.
Responsibilities & QualificationsResponsibilities:
Client development, maintenance, and management.
Serve as liaison between Client and internal team to manage and communicate objectives, opportunities, and issues to deliver a successful project.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field from an accredited curriculum.
