Overview:

Indilab, Inc. is a Medical Device manufacturer with an established distribution chain. We currently focus on the design, manufacturing, and distribution of process indicators for sterilization.

We are seeking a Plant Supervisor to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing all plant activities to ensure effective production of company products.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct plant activities to meet customer orders and product deliveries
• Control inventory levels for scheduled production
• Maintain equipment and manage preventative maintenance and calibration schedules
• Work closely with all staff in providing needed support and resources for production
• Complete forms, records and other documentation for quality and audit purposes
• Proactively monitor and track key performance indicators
• Continued focused on product quality, process efficiencies, cost savings, safety, etc.
• Train and manage employees when necessary to ensure processes and procedures are being followed

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in warehouse or manufacturing plant
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Supervisory or management experience
• Must be a selfstarter with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal relation skills
• Must be able to work 10 hour shifts (Mon
• Thurs, 6am 4pm)
• Physical requirements ability to lift 60 lbs.
