Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for product development in the assigned product area, including market analysis and monitoring, product positioning, evaluation, recommendation, implementation, and product launch
  • Examination of licensing, certification, conformity assessments, and legal compliance for product launch
  • Preparation of contracts and consultation with management
  • Quality control (QC) before/during/after product receipt, as well as carrying out modifications
  • Setup and maintenance of hardware and software for test environments and showcases
  • Customer consultation, problem analysis, and product development
  • Planning and execution of product trainings, preparation of sales support materials for customers, trade shows, web presentations, and in-house trainings (sales & customer service)
  • Maintenance of product master data in the merchandise management system (Mention)
  • Support for B2C and B2B users with technical questions
  • Regular supervision of trainees within the department

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training or a degree
  • Experience in technical product management and IT hardware products for daily use
  • Sound knowledge of production processes and technologies in the field of IT hardware
  • Analytical thinking skills and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication
