Join our our team located in Houston, TX We are looking for an IT Deployment Supervisor to assist with device management and throughout the device life cycles.

• Oversee the daytoday operations of the IT support team
• Be the point of contact when it comes to technical escalations
• Provide support where needed for both internal and external customers
• Onboard all new technical support team members
• Ensure all customer inquiries and issues are solved correctly and in a prompt manner
• Review all technical support related processes and documentation for continuous improvement

• College Degree preferred but not required. Business Administration or Technology Related fields preferred. (Successfully completed college courses or technical trades courses are beneficial to the role)
• An Interest and desire to learn audiovisual field and technology is highly encouraged.
• Passionate about technology.
