This is a small apartment, 40 m2 in size, located in Ribera, NM. The idea is to do a small and economical renovation to give it a facelift. The project would involve changing the flooring throughout the house, with the intention of installing vinyl flooring over the existing tiles, and painting the ceramic baseboards. In the living room, the old wooden window with shutters would be replaced with a new tilt-and-turn window with a shutter. The main focus in the living room would be to change the flooring, and if possible, include two tall cabinets in the renovation. In the bedroom, only the flooring would be changed. In the bathroom, the flooring would be replaced, a new sink and toilet would be installed (considering the option of having the cistern inside the wall if it is not too expensive), and the shower tray and doors would be replaced. Finally, in the kitchen, the flooring and all the cabinets would be changed.
