- Manage & build a team of Clinical Research Coordinators and Research Assistants.
- Ensure each study patient is fully informed of the study at the time of the consent.
- Patient Recruitment
- Create source documents for study visits.
- Communicate closely with monitors, sponsors, and Investigators.
- Conduct procedures such as vital signs, blood draws, EKGs, and bladder scans, and ensure they are seen by the physician at the required visits.
- Act as schedulers. For example, ensure study subjects are scheduled with the doctor and any other procedures that might be required to complete that visit such as pap smears, endometrial biopsies, mammograms, bone scans, etc.
- Gather lab results or procedure reports, and ensure the investigator reviews them
- 4 – 8+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (sponsor-backed trials)

Our client is looking for a Clinical Team Manager for their site in San Antonio, TX This role will be on-site Monday thru Friday.
On a day to day, the Clinical Team Manager will be responsible for building and managing a team, site assessments, pre-trial assessments, site initiation, subject recruitment, and retention, monitoring and close-out, and conducting pre-study site selection visits and assessments. Ensuring site study supplies are adequate for trial conduct, working to ensure enrollment goals of the study center are being met.
