Creating Fascination:
Your Responsibilities

As the Head of Production Planning and Control (PPC) at Hudsonville, you will be responsible for the efficient organization and management of all production-related processes.

Your main task will be to ensure smooth and effective production processes by coordinating the planning, monitoring, and control of production activities.

You will play a key role in optimizing production performance and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

Development and Implementation of

Production Plans:
You will create detailed production plans, taking into account capacity requirements, resource availability, and customer orders. You will ensure a balanced utilization of production capacities.

Production Control and Monitoring:
You will continuously monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks or issues, and proactively take measures to resolve them. You will ensure that all production activities are carried out according to established standards and schedules.

Inventory Management:

You will be responsible for inventory management for finished goods and work in progress (WIP), optimizing stock levels to minimize operating costs while ensuring the availability of raw materials and finished products.

Continuous Improvement:
You will lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity of production processes. You will identify opportunities for automation and streamlining of processes.

Team Leadership and Development:
You will lead the PPC team and foster a collaborative work environment. You will provide support, training, and development opportunities to strengthen the team's performance and expertise.

Communication and Collaboration:
