Co., an ISO 9001 certified company, is a leading manufacturer in the commercial hardware industry located in Waukegan is currently seeking a full time Customer Service Representative.
Requirements:
- Respond to customers and outside sales reps inquiries or complaints regarding company's products
- Data entry of orders
- Generate sales quotes using information from customers
- Follow up on sales inquiries
- Produce reports using various software
- Back up the receptionist
Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- The ability to take direction, work independently, and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast paced and potentially stressful environment
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and attentively.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills
