    Green Resources is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to join a growing and dynamic teamJob Description:

    Responsible for leading one or more complex projects at a timeClearly defining and communicating roles, responsibilities, and expectations for all members of the project team; gathering, defining, and documenting project requirementsIndependently planning all associated work to meet project goals, providing direction and leadership to completionRecording, tracking, and communicating issues, risks, changes, and status reportsAccurately and consistently forecasting project resource, material, and contract costsDeveloping and maintaining up-to-date detailed project schedules and work plans and conducting site visits and walk downs as needed.

    Communicating status of all projects to stakeholders and managementDeveloping and maintaining a productive working relationship with project sponsors, vendors, and key clientsPreparing all project documentation for closure, storage, and possible auditing activities, ensuring technical accuracyPosition Requirements:

    Understanding of project budgeting and forecasting; utility experience is a plusCompetency in developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of needsCompetency in interpreting and applying understanding of key financial indicatorsSkill in negotiating between stakeholders to reach an agreementKnowledge of project management and workforce planning analytics theories, concepts, methods, best practices and techniquesGreen Resources does not just connect you with a job; we offer a Professional Mentoring & Education Program to help you be great at your job, love it, and grow.
