Economic Architecture is a mission-driven nonprofit focused on driving change at the structural level. We address the most stubborn challenges impacting society, particularly those that affect the most vulnerable communities.Economic Architecture is dedicated to the premise that we can and should (re)design our markets to serve the public good.

Since launching only a year ago, we have focused on closing the racial wealth gap by making home ownership more accessible and sustainable.
Our work includes:
- Fostering structural innovations: Collaborate with innovators across the country to bring structural innovations to fruition.
- Designing structural innovations: Design, build and launch structural innovations with the potential to use the market to address large social problems.
- Understanding structural innovations: Drive a growing awareness and understanding of when and how to (re)design the market to improve people's lives.
- Provide administrative support to the Economic Architecture team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the coordination of logistics for events, workshops, and meetings related to the Challenge and other streams of work.
- Maintain accurate and updated records and databases related to participants, sponsors, and stakeholders.
- Support the evaluation process of submissions by aiding in organizing review panels.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations throughout the organization.
- Handle any other administrative tasks as needed to support the success of the organization.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A genuine interest in innovation, social impact, and driving positive change
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to be adaptable and adept at multitasking across various responsibilities
- Ability to think critically in timesensitive situations and problemsolve effectively
