Position Overview:
Join the Brightside ABA team and be part of a compassionate community dedicated to supporting neuro-diverse families.

We're committed to delivering timely and effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services without waitlists, ensuring children aged 2 to 12 receive the support they need, whether at our centers or in-home.

Riverview, Florida, or surrounding areas


Your Day at Brightside:

  • Please note that the following list is not exhaustive, and your specific role as a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) may evolve over time. Additional duties, changes to responsibilities, and opportunities for advancement may arise during your employment with us. This list serves as a guide to the minimum requirements and reflects our commitment to fostering an ethical, strengthsbased culture rooted in continual learning and growth.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client strengths, needs, and areas for growth.
  • Analyze assessment data to develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs
  • Design and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on the principles of ABA.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and support to Behavior Technicians and other team members in implementing behavior intervention strategies effectively.
  • Oversee data collection procedures to track client progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
  • Analyze data to make datadriven decisions and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to Behavior Technicians, caregivers, and other team members on ABA principles, intervention techniques, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators, to ensure coordinated care and alignment of goals.
  • Establish rapport with clients and their families, providing support, education, and guidance throughout the treatment process.
  • Conduct parent/caregiver training sessions to empower families to implement behavior management strategies and support skill development at home.
  • Adhere to the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions with clients, families, and team members.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress, interventions, and communications in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, treatment summaries, and other documentation as required by funding sources and regulatory bodies.
  • Stay informed about the latest research, trends, and developments in the field of ABA through ongoing professional development activities, including attending conferences, workshops, and seminars.
  • Pursue opportunities for continued learning and growth to enhance your skills and expertise as a BCBA.

What You Need To Succeed:

  • Must hold current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working as a BCBA in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
