- Manage various support services including visitor check-ins, facilities management, and office typing support
- Act as a liaison between plant management and clients
- Establish positive relationships with vendors and customers
- Coordinate safety training and onboarding processes
- Handle sales order processing and purchase orders
- Control budget for raw materials and supplies
- Generate reports and memos as needed
- Maintain accurate data entry in the system
- Assist with financial records and inventory management
- Support compliance with company policies and safety standards

- Preferably an Associate degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of office administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and NetSuite
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Previous exposure to a warehouse environment is beneficial
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus
