Your Responsibilities

As a Product Owner for Customer Experience, you will play a central role in understanding the perspectives of agencies, developers, and customers and integrating them into our product development process.
Your tasks will include analyzing customer feedback, trends, and market requirements to continuously improve the customer experience and make complex technologies easily accessible through our Managed Center.
You will work closely with developers to ensure that all necessary tools and resources are available for an optimal development and deployment environment.
In addition, you will be responsible for idea management, as well as the further development and maintenance of the open backlog, always keeping a focus on improving the customer experience.
As an active member of our company, you will represent us externally, build a strong network, and participate in events such as meetups and trade fairs.
You may even give presentations to strengthen our expertise and positioning in the industry.
In this role, you will work closely with Product Owners, management, and department heads.

You have a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable education.
You have experience in product management or project management, ideally in agile software development environments or from an agency.
