Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Worship Leader to join our team.

As a Worship Leader, you will play a vital role in leading our congregation in worship through music and creating an atmosphere of spiritual connection and engagement.


Duties:


  • Lead worship during weekly services, special events, and other gatherings
  • Select and prepare appropriate songs and musical arrangements for each service
  • Coordinate with musicians, vocalists, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of worship services
  • Provide direction and guidance to the worship team, including rehearsals and training sessions
  • Foster an environment of creativity and excellence in worship through leadership and mentorship
  • Collaborate with the pastoral team to align the worship experience with the overall vision and message of the church
  • Engage with the congregation during worship, encouraging participation and creating a sense of unity

Qualifications:


  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Proficient in playing at least one instrument (e.g., guitar, piano, drums)
  • Excellent vocal ability with the capability to lead congregational singing
  • Knowledgeable in various styles of worship music
  • Skilled in educating and mentoring musicians and vocalists
  • Effective communication skills to connect with the congregation during worship
  • Strong spiritual foundation and understanding of the purpose of worship
