As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Checkin and checkout guests efficiently and accurately
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
• Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism and proper phone etiquette
• Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal informationr
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Previous experience in guest relations, front desk, or customer service is preferred. Hilton experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of phone systems and proficiency in phone etiquette
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment
• Familiarity with hospitality management software is a plus
• Fluent in English; multilingual abilities are highly desirable (e.g., Spanish)
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
