Job Summary *
The Engineer / Senior Engineer works within the Manufacturing Sciences function to support and improve internal production processes.
*
Specific Duties, Activities, and Responsibilities *
Maintain, operate, and improve critical production equipment.
Design, develop and implement novel new processes and equipment for next generation products.
*
Qualifications *
Minimum bachelors degree in applicable scientific or engineering discipline, advanced degrees preferred (Chemistry/chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science/engineering, etc.)
5 years minimum experience in applicable field (such as pharmaceutical, process, controls, and/or chemical engineering).
Must be a highly motivated, self-starting, adaptable team-player
Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to work with equipment and processes hands-on.
Excellent technical communication skills required (verbal and written).
Strong technical problem-solving/troubleshooting skills.
Experience in statistical analysis preferred.
Experience using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software preferred.
Knowledge and/or experience in the fundamentals of computer programming preferred.
Experience operating in a regulated environment preferred.
