Welcome to Nexus Physical Therapy "the link between expertise and caring".


Nexus is an outpatient physical therapy office with six locations in San Diego serving our community with excellent customer care and treatments.

We are looking for a professional motivated individual with long term placement for front office administrator and/or manager.

This position is full time.

This job entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment


Skill Sets to include:

multitasking, scheduling clients, verifying insurance, authorization, answering multiple lines, and an overall pleasant cheerful demeanor who can interact with patients and staff.

Self motivation and problem solving are essential along with finding opportunities for growth


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Front Desk Experience in the Medical Field
  • Administrative Certification or Degree
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills / Customer Service Attitude
  • Ability to be Resourceful and Proactive when issues arise
  • Fluent in Spanish
