We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team.

As a Construction Laborer, you will assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.

This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication - work collaboratively with
co-workers,
homeowners, and
other professionals, which requires excellent verbal communication skills.

Physical ability - use physical ability to work with their hands and perform many tasks that require
squatting,
standing, and
bending for hours at a time.

Attention to detail - ensure that
all work is performed well and correctly because different areas depend upon each other to function properly and look impressive.

Multi-tasking - performing work on different projects and rooms while using a vast variety of
remodeling skills,
multitasking is an essential element of the job.


REQUIREMENTS**:

• 1 to 3 years experience(
  required) as a carpenter apprentice.
• Must have a valid driver's license and; a clean driving record
• Punctual: Arriving on time
• Ability to drive a 10ft. box truck
• Reliable transportation to and from our shop or job site
• Be able to lift and carry 80 lbs
• Know how to read a tape measure
• Must
  not fear heights
• Cleaning up job sites
• Willingness to learn
• Will be required to obtain DOT physical to drive company trucks

*While in training, the Carpenters Apprentice will work under close supervision from the Lead Carpenter. You will be under a 30 Day review*
Salary: $16-$18 /hour

We offer competitive pay rates based on experience.

Note:
This position requires frequent bending, kneeling, lifting, and standing for extended periods.


Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
