Description
We are looking for passionate, detail-oriented Behavioral Technicians to join our team at our six bed luxury detox facility You will be responsible for implementing effective treatment plans to clients in an individual and group setting.
Responsibilities:
- Counsel and advise individuals with substance abuse problems
- Develop and implement individual treatment plans
- Urine analysis and Breathalyzer testing
- Detox checks are logged, at a minimum, every 30 minutes or less
- Facility room searches daily
- Collecting resident data and documentation in KIPU
- Light cooking & cleaning
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year previous experience in treatment, counseling, social work, or other related fields
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Current TB skin test and health screening report
Must be at least one year clean, if in recovery
SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
Swing and Night shifts 6pm-2am, 2am-10am
Meals, snacks and coffee provided while on shift
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
