We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Director to join our team.

High quality management is an integral part to our restaurant's success.

Coaching and leading the team members while maintaining a positive work culture is essential to having a successful restaurant operation.

Your Impact:

  • Managing and Developing a team of 90+
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to create and implement new policies/procedures
  • Maintaining a work environment that ensures food safety
  • Scheduling and Labor Management
  • Providing high quality guest experiences
  • Reporting directly to the General Manager to discuss the current/future state of the store
Operations Director is a full time opportunity and offers excellent benefits.


Prior experience as a restaurant general manager, catering manager, operations manager, supervisor, or Restaurant assistant general manager very helpful to your success at this job.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • The Director of Operations is responsible for:
  • Opening or closing the store
  • Directing the daily operations of a quickservice restaurant
  • Ensuring that food safety and quality assurance standards are met
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • 12 year of Leadership Experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage an operation with many moving parts
  • Passion for ChickfilA values
  • Open availability. Prior experience as a restaurant general manager, catering manager, operations manager, supervisor, shift lead, Restaurant assistant general manager very helpful to your success at this job.
