Your responsibilities

You will primarily support the HR team with administrative tasks such as creating certificates
Your tasks will also include preparing personnel files for digitization
In addition, you will assist with office management tasks such as organizing and managing databases
You will handle incoming mail and, if needed, answer phone calls for the HR team

Your profile

You are enrolled as a student (m/f/d) at a staterecognized (technical) university in a program with a focus on HR / personnel
You have a quick grasp and work independently and reliably
You can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and processes and are proficient in MS Office applications
Your profile is rounded off by your enjoyment of working in a team and your strong communication skills
