• To work as a Front Desk Receptionist/Assistant for a busy clinic looking to expand further.
• Plenty of opportunity for coaching and mentoring to improve your skills in client services, managing a practice, growing/marketing a practice as well as nurturing new prospects.

• Work parttime, with the ability to expand into full time hours as the practice rapidly grows.

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer phone calls, schedule/reschedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.
• Call former clients to reactivate them.
• Call prospective clients who have requested more information from ads.
• Create super bills, print reports, track sales, as well as other administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow, turning rooms over, cleaning medical supplies
• Manage office supplies and maintain a clean reception area
• Send out newsletters and design social media posts on canva

• Someone willing to provide an excellent client experience. Must be outgoing, and confident to strike up a conversation with clients both in person and over the phone.
• Customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Strong timemanagement, communication and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills.
• Must have a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize during busy periods while maintaining a calm, friendly and professional disposition. Comfortable with a fastpaced environment.
• Strong administrative and selfmanagement skills to be able to work with autonomy, without supervision.
• Must be friendly, selfdisciplined and trustworthy.
• Excellent IT skills particularly using the google suite training will be provided.
• Someone willing and excited to learn about Acupuncture so they can speak to new client prospects about the service.
