Work Location: 100% On-SitePosition OverviewReporting to the local Managing Director of Network for School Improvement, the Events and Operations Manager is responsible for providing strong administrative, communication and operational support to the local Network for School Improvement, and the National Network for School Improvement team to ensure the team is on track to meet its goals to support our schools and students and our grant deliverables.
The Events and Operations Manager will also provide excellent customer service to stakeholders both within and outside of the organization.
Lastly, they will support the Managing Director with implementation by creating systems to reduce barriers and securing resources in alignment with the local Network's goals.

This is a limited grant funded opportunity.NSI Site Operations and Event Management The NSI Event and Operations Manager will build and lead in the logistical, administrative, and operational needs of the Site NSI with strong recommendations and reporting on improvements and best practices to achieve NSI priorities and goals.
NSI Site Communication and Branding The NSI Events and Operations Manager will support the Managing Director for the Site NSI in the creation of a cohesive and branded communication plan that aims to share timely updates, build a relevant and authentic narrative and capturing lessons learned by key stakeholders.
NSI School Implementation Support The NSI Events and Operations Manager will support the Managing Director with advising and implementation of the local Network goals and plans.
Special Projects and Initiatives The NSI Events and Operations Manager occasionally will support and advance key team-wide projects and initiatives.
