Your main responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a contact person for hardware and software issues
• Supporting users in the Microsoft environment (MS Office, Windows, Active Directory)
• Configuring, installing, and administering server systems and network components
• Troubleshooting and restoring AD domain services
• Designing and operating corporate network infrastructures
• Performing daily data backups and system checks

Your qualifications:

• Completed vocational training or degree in IT
• Previous experience in a similar position
• Solid knowledge of MS Office/Office 365 and experience with Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Exchange, and network technologies
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Teamwork and a handson mentality, combined with attention to detail, round off your profile
