    Job Title: DevOps SRE
    Location: Jersey City, NJ(Onsite)
    Duration: Full-Time

    Skill: DevOps

    Minimum Experience: 6 - 8 Years

    Job Description:
    • 7+ Yrs. of experience in SRE, CICD DevOps tools, integration & process.
    • Exposure to AWS or Google or Azure Cloud platform (Kubernetes, containers, pods etc.) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) is a must.
    • Working experience in DevOps, Change management, Release management and Proactive Incident management.
    • Experience and/or excellent understanding of SRE principles and practices.
    • Experience with automation through Python, Chef, Ansible and .NET, , Python, SQL.
    • Ability to define, measure, baseline, monitor & improve KPI's/SLA's/SLO's in adherence to OKR (Objectives and Key Results). Experience and knowledge of tools & technologies in Monitoring, CI/CD, Automation, APIs.
    • Experience in high performance environments, as well as managing deployments of critical infra/apps.
    • Should have worked on production monitoring aligned to business objectives and handled production support tasks.
    • Should have designed & developed dashboards, setup alert mechanism and fine-tuned metrics for performance improvement of application & infrastructure components.
    • Hands on experience in tools like Splunk or Elasticsearch or Kibana.
    • Exposure to Cloud Foundry & Gremlin would be an added plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders on different levels.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and tools
    Responsibilities:
    • Analyze the maturity of the platforms, identify the gaps / missing capabilities and draft architectural solutions and automation opportunities
    • Rollout SRE practices across the platforms, propose solutions and automation opportunities
    • Work with dev, platform, engineering and COE teams to finalize cloud migration & monitoring strategies, recommendations, solutions & establish success criteria
    • Development & administration on cloud platforms (Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud, Bluemix Heroku, and others)
    • Adopt & Implement SRE OKR's aligned to business objectives
    • Coach and Mentor Application/Dev teams in SRE rollout and enable CICD integration in DevOps journey
    • Set up a guard rails/quality gates to ensure that the problems are addressed by working along with the platform owners
    • Provide thought leadership, opportunities to increase reliability of the applications
    • Bring new solutions, thought leadership, opportunities to increase reliability of the applications
    • Drive implementations & continuous improvement opportunities
    • Create a strong governance for each workstream, ensure the execution is as per expectations
    • Share best practices and experiences from similar engagements
    • Participate in Weekly/Monthly stakeholders meeting
