In this role at The Clubhouse at Baywood, you will be:
Working with clients to create events
Establishing relationships and working with staff and outside vendors to bring a clients event to fruition
Planning event details, including menus, seating arrangements, the flow of events, decor, etc.
Managing events and troubleshooting when necessary
Working with reservation and planning software, financial software, and budgeting software

Familiarity with and working knowledge of all social media, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn
Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time
Ability to learn new systems
Comply with company policy
Being a positive force on your team
