Our client, a leader in the streaming services industry, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Merchandise Strategy and Development Coordinator to join their Consumer Products team.
In this role, you will provide day-to-day support on global title priorities and play a crucial role in project managing the development and updates of resource materials, maintaining key documents, managing product trafficking, and facilitating seamless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daytoday support on Consumer Products' global title priorities.
- Project manage the development and updates of resource materials for the Consumer Products team, ranging from presentations, sizzle reels, onepagers, and calendars.
- Maintain titlebased documents that will be used by crossfunctional internal teams.
- Manage product trafficking and ordering as it relates to stakeholder approvals, internal/external gifting, promotional captures, and miscellaneous event support.
- Develop and oversee approval workflows between Consumer Products team and stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely communication and collaboration.
- Track product and viewership performance and distribute to key folks via program overviews, launch recaps, and pitch deck updates.
- Become a content expert on global title priorities, ie. reading scripts, creating embargo docs, identifying key moments & elements for consumer products consideration, and partnering with Creative Ops to pull asset references.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Education: Bachelors
- 35 YOE in Consumer Products, coordination, strategy, and/or execution in an entertainment environment.
- Detailoriented and strong communication skills.
