The medium-sized family-owned company with 200 employees is a technology leader in eye lasers for refractive and therapeutic corneal surgery and its products are present in more than 100 countries.

We are currently seeking a full-time

Laboratory and Testing Engineer (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

Planning, conducting, and evaluating tests and experiments on a scientific basis
Preparation of test and experiment plans
Statistical analysis and scientific documentation of test results
Interpretation of test results in collaboration with the respective project manager and project team
Presentation of laboratory projects and test results
Calculation of development costs for laboratory projects
Conducting feasibility studies for test and laboratory experiments

Your profile

Completed degree in natural sciences, engineering, or biomedical engineering
Practical experience in scientific planning, conception, evaluation, and documentation of tests and experiments
Sound knowledge of statistical analysis (including sample size analysis and multivariate methods, e.g. PCA)
First experience in the field of medical technology and experience in laser technology
