Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, customer service representative to join our North Andover, MA team. The individual should be extremely detail oriented. The ability to multi task is critically important. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent computer skills, are a necessity. Although prior experience in the insurance industry is a "plus", it is not required. This is an entry level position with the opportunity for growth.


Responsibilities include:
Back Up telephone and counter reception

Responding to billing inquiries

Mortgagee/lienholder verifications and updates

Personal umbrella Renewals

Flood Insurance Renewals

Preparation for renewal letters/policies

Various Computer related tasks

Various customer support tasks


Pay:
$45, $50,000.00 per year
